So i recently baught the I beats by Dre, which retail for around £80.
Are they worth the money?
Aesthetics:
They are really good looking earphones, they look like they where pretty expensive.
I bought the Black earphones, the black really pops with the contrasting red wires (which I will get to later)
Also the packaging of the product is pretty impressive aswell, in a nice almost presentational box.
Build Quality:
With the full metal body of the earphones they are very solid yet not heavy, they do not fall out of your ears like other metal bodied earphones.
Many people are conserned by how thin the wires are as monsters wires are normally really meaty, and yes they are thin wires FOR MONSTER but not for in ear headphones i have skull candy titans (FMJ) and the wires on the beats are much thicker than them.
What do you get?In the box you get the very sexy earphones, with 5 pairs of varying sizes of normal ear buds/tips much more than you get from most manufactures you normally get the 3 (small, medium and large) but not here With the beats you get a much smaller incline in sizes so there are a pair that fit perfectly for anyone.
You also get 2 pairs of the three layer (christmas tree) tips that see the sound get a much deeper and textured sound, but personally they go too far into the ear canal for me.
You also get a nice Leather pouch with the "sound really matters" catchphrase and the beats by dr. dre logo.
Finally!!
The sound quality:
These have by far greater sound quality than any earphones I have used in the past, the only ones that come near are Sennheiser CX500 which are also brilliant just not as brilliant as the beats.
The get alot of depth to the sound with these earphones, you get immersed into the song.
yet the sound is also very smooth, you hear everything every change yet your not taking anything away from the song itself.
Over all these are well worth the £80 price tag
